DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre

What a super, super hotel! Amazing staff, service and support exceeded my expectations (and such a pleasure not to be constantly pestered to write a review! but one is well deserved). F&B very good - try a sundowner in the lobby bar and food at the Italian. Front desk can't do enough for you and the hotel very well located :) Big clean comfortable rooms (though a slightly odd bathroom layout in the suites) Generally I recommend a visit to Armenia - truly steeped in history and lovely people. Do get a local SIM at the airport less than $10 for a month with plenty of data. No uber in Armenia, suggest 'gg' app there is another one but I couldn't download it. You can get a taxi from the street but you need to negotiate the price - as a woman alone I preferred to use the app.

The hotel is located in a cozy place, near the park! Very friendly staff in the hotel, good breakfasts and nice spa zones with good massage .The room has a comfortable bed, TV, kettle, air conditioning, iron, hair dryer.

Reception was good but always busy line to call, bellman was energetic and funny, FnB Manager Gor was amazing! Gor helped us with the issues we had with our couple dinner in the 14th floor and it was transferred to the restaurant. We also liked the hotel coz they have bidet, not like other 3 hotels we stayed before we went to Doubletree. Everything was good so far. We will stay again.

Excellent stay in Armenia, good value for money and the staff have been amazing from the moment I walked in till I had to leave. The bed were comfortable and soundproof was good too! Excellent service all over, spa, bar, conciergerie etc.

I would like to say thank you for all staff and service provided even though Yerevan doesn’t provide the best service comparing to many countries, this hotel is a true Hilton brand. Thank you to reception team for your assistance and guidance. Lovely restaurant Mora and it’s staff, food is delicious. Definitely will come back here again during my next trip to Yerevan.
